4TH ANNUAL CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY
December 17th is a day that we honor (Avery’s) memory. Avery didn’t have an opportunity to have kids of his own but he not only loved and cared for his nieces/nephews but he was adored by his little cousins and other people’s kids as well.
His nieces and nephews never saw Avery like an uncle but more so a big brother. Avery loved kids and December 17th is a day of honor for a life taken senselessly. Avery was 35 years old with so much more life to live!

Danielle, Thanks so much for reaching out. I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of Angie and Avery. I can't imagine what that must be like. Thank you so much for honoring their lives through compassionate giving to those in need. You are surely making a difference in their memory.
We are so grateful and honored that you are considering helping the people at our shelter. We shelter men, women, and families at Good Neighbor and our winter needs are pretty common. Winter clothes, and toiletries would be a huge help to us. The only thing I can think of that is a little unconventional is that our Street Outreach team could use sleeping bags for the unsheltered population in our area. Other than that, our needs are pretty standard.

We also celebrate Avery's Legacy for when he decided to go back to school and get his GED. He was so happy that day! I can remember him walking out with both of his hands in the air "claiming victory" because he had passed his exam. His hands remind us to never give up!
Good afternoon!
I would like to thank all of our vendors for participating with us this past weekend for the Second Annual Kennesaw Back 2 School Jam! The event was a great success and our Community Partners had a great deal to do with that. Thank you to Optimist International, Credit Union of Georgia, the Angie and Avery Foundation, and MOE’s of Kennesaw for providing backpacks and school supplies!
We were able to serve 300 families with school supplies!

Your foundation and group spirit is superb to our community! We are the family who won one of your raffle prizes! We were actually super surprised to win anything at this caliber.
